General Shipping Policies

Free shipping is for all orders over 50 US dollars!  Free Shipping will be in the form of UPS Ground only to anywhere in the contiguous 48 United States.

Stock availability is usually current within a day. We will notify you by e-mail or phone if there is a change in availability.

Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days (Mon-Fri) using UPS ground.

Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day shipping are available at an extra cost. Cost will be added when express shipping is selected at the time of checkout.

For Alaska and Hawaii, please add $4.00 to 2-Day Air rates.

We accept VISA, Mastecard, American Express, and Discover.

We will always let you know if your shipment will be delayed for any reason.

International Shipping

International orders are welcome. However, a handling fee will be charged. Please contact us to determine shipping charges. Also, all duties, tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Security

While shopping online at FREESTYLE, rest assured that we protect the security of your personal information. When you are prompted to enter personal information, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. Click on the “Thawte” logo on our store’s home page for more information. Your information will remain private and protected. We use 128-bit encryption, the highest level of security available online today.

Ordering Options

ONLINE: Certainly the easiest way to do all of your shopping without leaving your home or office. If an item is unavailable, you will be notified by e-mail.

CALL US: To order by telephone, please call us at 434-978-4091.

FAX US: Go through online procedures of ordering , but instead of paying online, simply print out your order, including credit card info and fax to 434-978-4162.

E-MAIL US: Send an order via e-amil and include shipping and payment information. We will process your order upon receipt of your payment.

Please Note that Freestyle cannot guarantee security of ordering information while in transit to Freestyle with the exception of ordering online

Our customer service team will help you locate products that you have not been able to find on our site or anywhere else. Send us an e-mail or give us a call with your request, and, as long as the item isn’t backordered or discontinued, we will do our very best to locate the items you want.

Returns & Exchanges

FREESTYLEONLINE.COM offers a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for credit, exchange or refund within 15 days from receipt of merchandise. Please call or e-mail us for a return authorization number.

We accept VISA. Mastecard, American Express.

Returned items must be unused, with original tags and in the original condition in which they were sent, including original packaging. A copy of your sales receipt is required.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless we shipped the wrong or defective merchandise.

When returning items to us, we recommend shipping by UPS.

Refunds of credit card purchases will be in the form of credits to the same card.

Discounted or Sale merchandise: IF A RETURN ON SALE MERCHANDISE IS NEEDED A FLAT FREIGHT FEE OF $20 IS WITHHELD FROM THE REFUND. OVER-SIZED ITEMS SUCH AS SKIS AND BOARDS WILL INCUR A $35 FEE *****

Swimwear is not returnable.

Once an item has been used, it cannot be returned or refunded. The only exception is in a case of a defective product. In order to return a defective product you must obtain authorization from our customer service department. Please call 434-978-4091 to obtain return shipping information and your authorization number.

Purchasing Skis and Ski Boots Online

FREESTYLE has been in the retail ski business for many years and backs up our retail knowledge with experience far beyond the retail floor. We know the importance of finding the right equipment. That is why we highly recommend a proper and professional boot fit. No two feet are the same, so a boot that fits one person may not be the best choice for another. We have an excellent bootfitting staff and would love to meet you. See our bootfitting comments under Workshop Info.

FREESTYLE will not ship skis, purchased from our on-line store, with bindings installed. As a certified dealer for Rossignol, Marker, Tyrolia and Salomon bindings, we are required to communicate this procedure in person with a responsible adult. All alpine ski bindings should be installed only by a dealer authorized to install that particular binding.

EXCEPTION

Rossignol products sold on our site cannot be shipped outside of the United States.
